If Women Are Given Good Information, They Will Make Good Decisions
….it all starts with Menopause Masterplan
In an online world of misinformation where celebrities are literally selling Goop, it has become increasingly difficult for women to get accurate scientific information when it comes to navigating perimenopause and post-menopause insomnia, brain fog, hot flashes, and painful sex. Women are tired of relying on menopause “influencers”, who authoritatively provide information while dancing to upbeat music and dramatically pointing to a few words of text. I often hear “My doctor didn’t help me” and “I don’t know who to believe anymore.”
Menopause Masterplan are customized individual or group sessions to develop a personal health plan. You will learn everything you always wanted to know about menopause and how to protect your bones, your bladder, your brain, your heart, your sex life, and your sanity….
but YOUR OWN DOCTOR DIDN’T TELL YOU

“Dr. Streicher has an uncanny ability to discuss what your gynecologist won’t (or has no time to) & to provide REAL solutions. A simple game plan can make all the difference & provide such relief- so, it’s a no brainer to see what the expert has to say & be thoroughly entertained along the way.”
“Guided me on how to address the problem of painful sex, to know exactly what to do and exactly what to look for when purchasing products to help”.
“Dr. Streicher makes an excellent point that we don’t “go through menopause” but enter into it—for the rest of our lives! Why should we be uncomfortable when there are solutions? “
“It was clear that I was getting advice from a real expert. I expected to find options for treating my hot flashes, but came away with so much more. I wasn’t surprised there was a connection between my hot flashes, brain fog, insomnia, and weight gain, but I had no idea that hot flashes were also associated with heart disease.”
“Solution driven and more important, medically accurate. Enormous bonus points for being fun & "edu-taining"
“ Dr. Streicher, who not only brings her prodigious medical and scientific expertise and experience to the table, but shares it with her inimitable wit, candor, and easy-to-follow information and advice.”
“Dr. Streicher did a wonderful job covering a very wide topic. Even with months of doing my homework and visiting doctors, I feel like I have a much better understanding of all the factors involved”
“We DON’T have to just be told, “It’s part of aging, get used to it.”…PS,—she has a great sense of humor.”
